Benefits

Optimize offers benefits to our employees beyond their base salary. Our aim is to give our team members the ability to manage their health, wealth, and well-being - because when we take care of our employees, they’ll take better care of our clients.

Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Optimize provides health, vision, and dental insurance plans to all full-time employees starting the the month after the employee’s first day. Optimize pays 80% of our employee’s monthly premiums and 40% for dependents.

401k with Matching: Optimize provides employees who have been with us for at least one year a 401k plan with options to open a traditional 401k and a Roth 401k. We want our employees to have financial freedom, so we incentivize contributions to these accounts with a match of up to 4% of an employee’s salary. Employees are free to contribute as much as they want to these accounts.

14 Paid Holidays: Optimize employees have 14 paid holidays. We also allow employees to take time off for special or religious holidays that are not observed by the entire company.

24 Days of PTO: Optimize employees receive 24 days of paid time off (PTO) each year, accumulating one day per pay period (two days per month). We believe in employee freedom and do not want to police their usage of their time off, so we have a single PTO bank that can be used for sick or vacation days - no confirmation of an illness required. Employees do not have to use PTO for anything less than a full day off.

Cool Down Week: To avoid burnout, employees who are hired prior to April 1 of each year are eligible to take off one week (five consecutive business days) with pay between May 1 and August 31. This time off is given to our longer-term employees to ensure we all unplug for an extended period of time before our busy season begins. These five days do not count against the employee's PTO bank.
